We want you and your pet to be completely happy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy.

How to Return

Email us at PawPlayWell@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
